Last week I went along to an evening seminar on web 2.0, run by sounddelivery and the Cass Centre for Charity Effectiveness. The workshop gave a simple but effective overview of what web 2.0 is and how not for profit organisations can build it into their web strategy, with practical examples of how sites like blogs, social networking and podcasts can be integrated into your online activity.
